Located just next to Jakarta, Indonesia's capital, and easily accessible by rail, motorcycle, or car. You can commute to the capital city for a more diverse experience. But if you prefer less traffic and don't mind a higher chance of language barriers, South Tangerang also offers plenty of foreigner-friendly activities.

If any of the following are not included, we'll guide you on how to arrange them yourself or even directly assist you in procuring them. However, additional costs will apply, either paid by you to the provider directly or through us (outside of the base offering price outlined in the service contract). Don't worry—these costs are generally minimal (compared to your rent).

1. Room cleaning - Around 5 USD per appointment (can be done weekly)
2. Laundry - Starts from 1-2 USD per kg. Different providers can have different prices, service speed tiers (1 day, 3 days, etc.), and minimum quantity.
3. Wi-Fi connection - Can start from 12 USD per month for a 65 Mbps and 1500 GB quota per month connection with a yearly subscription (speed downgraded to 5 Mbps if the monthly quota is exceeded)
4. Utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas) - Depends on your usage but can go for as low as 12.5 USD / month
5. Drinking water (refillable gallon water) - About 2-3 USD / week

Below are additional costs you may need or want to budget for while staying in Indonesia. Do not worry, as these are generally much cheaper than in the U.S. (except for the flights).

1. Flights to/from Jakarta - Around 1000 USD per flight if booked a week in advance
2. Security deposit - 25% of the base offering price (refundable at the end of your stay)
3. Mobile data - Typically under 4 USD/month, depending on usage

6. Additional activities - Gym membership, travel, courses, etc.
