Renting accommodations on your behalf
Local online and offline concierge/guide

4. Payments and Refunds

Prices for our Services are listed on our Website and are subject to change.
Payments must be made in full before receiving our Services.
Refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy (available here).

5. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:

Respect Indonesian cultural norms and customs.

Not abuse our service including but not limited to:
- causing damage to the accommodation
- abusing our guides verbally or physically
- etc.
