Early Termination and Refund Policy

We strive to provide our services seamlessly until the end of your stay. However, in the event of early termination—whether due to cancellation or a policy violation—the following fees and refund policies apply.

For Visa application:

  • If the application process has not started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the application is already in progress and fees have been paid to legal authorities, no refund will be issued regardless of whether your Visa is approved or not.

For accommodation:

  • A full refund is available if you have not signed our service contract.
  • If you’ve paid the service contract but failed to get Visa approval, we can refund your accommodation costs fully.
  • If you already have signed the contract and have Visa approval, a partial refund may apply:
    • The exact penalty fee is outlined in the contract, but in general, it is approximately half of your remaining service period’s cost.
    • If you have not used our service at all, the penalty will be half of the accommodation fee you have paid.
    • If you have used our service for 120 out of 365 days (for example), your refund will be calculated as:
      • (Accommodation fee × 120/365) × 1/2.

For food catering (monthly subscription):

  • No refunds will be provided for the current month if the subscription is canceled.

For security deposit:

  • Upon your departure, we will inspect the accommodation for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • If no damage is found, your deposit will be refunded in full.
  • If damage is identified due to misuse, repair costs will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • In the event of early termination, the accommodation owner might deduct a penalty fee from your deposit. Please check your service contract for the details.
